Registration will take place in the newly-refurbished Terrace Suite, where you will also get to meet with our Exhibitors

The main stage will be in the stylish Ardmore Suite – this room will be laid out primarily with round tables and some theatre-style seating at the back.

Refreshments will be provided tin the adjoining Ardmore Lounge and Terrace Suite, including a Soup & Sandwich lunch, with seating in the hotel’s Hobson’s Restaurant and Pier 37 Bar & Grill.

For those joining us for the evening events, a pre-dinner Drinks Reception will take place in the Ardmore Lounge, which will also have a bar available. Dinner will be served in the Ardmore Suite where there will be two additional bars.

There is a car park located at the back of the hotel which is free to use for guests. The car park has limited spaces offered on a first come, first serve basis to all guests. There is an alternative Pay & Display public car park located near the hotel, on Bolton Street, should the hotel car park be full. This car park offers free overnight parking during certain hours.

Regarding dining in the hotel for Friday night, there are limited times slots left available in the bar and restaurant. The hotel cannot guarantee space for dining without a pre-booking. If guests have not already made a dining reservation, please contact the if you wish to secure a table for your group.

The hotel has a leisure centre with swimming pool, sauna and gym. All guests have free and open access to this during their stay. T he Leisure Centre is open 7am to 8pm on Friday and 9am to 6.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

All special rates for the CUDA Conference are inclusive of breakfast. Buffet breakfast will be served from 7am to 11.30am on Saturday, and from 8am to 11.30am on Sunday morning.
